A classic house wearing a costume
East Castle is one of Macau's four classic-format saunas. The difference is that it built a whole floor of sets.
What a classic-format house is judged on is the basics — the massage itself, the food, somewhere decent to rest afterwards. East Castle has all three, and that is the foundation under everything else.
The costume is what people come for. The rooms are not one massage room repeated with different posters: they are standing sets. An airplane cabin with reclining seats and a window onto cloud. A boxing ring inside cage mesh and ropes. A classroom with a blackboard and a long teak table. A clinic with an eye chart and treatment beds behind a glass partition.
The venue is on the 3rd floor of Casa Real Hotel, open 24 hours, with therapists on shift from 15:00 to 06:00. Those are two separate facts: you can come in and rest at any hour, but massage service follows the shift.
Six things worth knowing first
The points people most often get wrong about this place.
A floor of built sets
Airplane cabin, boxing ring, classroom, clinic, hospital, gym — each one dressed as a place, not one room with a change of poster.
Open 24 hours
The venue never closes. Therapists are on shift 15:00 to 06:00 — a separate fact. Coming outside those hours? Confirm first.
An entry minimum, not an entry fee
MOP 2,288 to change and go in — and that figure already includes a 90-minute full-body massage plus the food and drink inside.
The food is included
Steak, seafood, soups, fried rice and noodles, sandwiches. Spirits and wine are the only things charged separately.
You can stay the night
There is a free sleeping space and a free lounge area. A private rest room is a paid extra — ask when you book.
No KTV
No karaoke, no floor show. This place is about the rooms, the massage and the food.
The food comes with entry
The most under-sold thing about East Castle. This is not a snack counter — it is a menu you sit down to.
- Food: steak, soups, seafood, fried rice, fried noodles, noodle soup, pork, lamb, sandwiches
- Drinks: soft drinks, juice, coffee, tea, milk tea, Red Bull
- All of it is inside the entry minimum — nothing extra to pay
- Spirits, wine and other alcohol are charged separately
