A classic house wearing a costume
East Castle is one of Macau's four classic-format saunas. The difference is that it built a whole floor of sets.
What a classic-format house is judged on is the basics — the massage itself, the food, somewhere decent to rest afterwards. East Castle has all three, and that is the foundation under everything else.
The costume is what people come for. The rooms are not one massage room repeated with different posters: they are standing sets. An airplane cabin with reclining seats and a window onto cloud. A boxing ring inside cage mesh and ropes. A classroom with a blackboard and a long teak table. A clinic with an eye chart and treatment beds behind a glass partition.
The venue is on the 3rd floor of Casa Real Hotel, open 24 hours, with therapists on shift from 15:00 to 06:00. Those are two separate facts: you can come in and rest at any hour, but massage service follows the shift.

Entry with a locker carries a MOP 2,288 entry minimum — which is not an entry fee. That figure already includes a 90-minute full-body massage and the food and drink inside.
Base MOP 2,288. No guest gratuity on this one.
Base MOP 2,488 – 2,888, plus the compulsory guest gratuity fixed by band at MOP 800 – 1,000 — already counted in the figure above.
Base MOP 3,488 – 3,688, plus the compulsory guest gratuity fixed by band at MOP 1,500 – 3,000 — already counted in the figure above.
The guest gratuity is fixed by band and it is compulsory — choose a band and that amount is due to the therapist, ordered and settled with the massage. It is not a discretionary tip, and the all-in figures above already include it. The therapist line-up is multinational; the bands are the colours posted on the board in the venue.
The amounts above are all-in, with service charge and tourism tax counted inside them; the band gratuity is fixed and is already included. Spirits, wine and anything ordered separately are extra. The board in the venue is final.

The food comes with entry
The most under-sold thing about East Castle. This is not a snack counter — it is a menu you sit down to.

What people ask before going
If it is open 24 hours, are therapists always there?
No — and this is the thing most people get wrong. The venue is open 24 hours; therapists are on shift from 15:00 to 06:00. You can come in, use the facilities and rest at any hour, but massage service follows the shift. If you plan to arrive outside it, check with us first.
How does the entry minimum work?
Entry with a locker carries a MOP 2,288 entry minimum — you change in the locker room and leave your things in a locker before going in. It is not an entry fee: the amount already includes a 90-minute full-body massage plus the food and drink inside. The printed price is the all-in price; service charge and tourism tax are counted inside it, and nothing is added at settlement. Changes and cancellations are handled flexibly if you let us know.
What is on the massage menu, and what does it cost?
The 18 September 2026 board, all-in first: Aroma full-body MOP 2,288 for 90 minutes; Oil full-body (Colour, Green) MOP 3,288 – 3,888 for 60 minutes; Premium full-body (Red, Pink, Blue, White) MOP 4,988 – 6,688 for 60 minutes. Each is a base of MOP 2,288 – 3,688 plus the guest gratuity fixed by band, MOP 800 – 3,000, which is compulsory and goes to the therapist. The two added together are the all-in figures above. Service charge and tourism tax are already counted inside them.
Is the food extra?
No. Steak, soups, seafood, fried rice, fried noodles, noodle soup, pork, lamb and sandwiches, along with soft drinks, juice, coffee, tea, milk tea and Red Bull, are all inside the entry minimum. Spirits, wine and other alcohol are charged separately.
Which rooms are there, and can I choose?
Six are photographed: airplane cabin, boxing ring, classroom, clinic, hospital and gym. Others are named but not pictured — prison, interrogation room, ambulance, coach bus, restaurant, office, golf course and car wash. The venue describes itself as having more than 20. Availability depends on the day; tell us which you want when you book and we will hold it.
